Frankie's Gozo Diving Centre is now a well established dive centre in a class of its own, offering all the facilities that the diver needs, in just one place - the professional way.
These facilities include a specially built deep
diver training pool, ideal for beginners courses. Our dive boats have
been designed with the diver in mind to give extra ease and comfort during boat
dives. The dive shop is very well equipped with the best brands if diving gear,
both for hire and sale. All PADI videos and teaching aids are to be found in
our lecture rooms. Rinsing and drying rooms have been purposely built for our
divers.
We offer dive courses from the Introductory to the Assistant Instructor Level. Our instructors can also lead you either from the shore or from our dive boats to wonderful reefs, magnificent drop offs, caves, tunnels or wrecks, even on night dives.
Accompanied Diving

Our centre offers accompanied diving to all levels of
divers. Divers are grouped according to their experience and groups
are kept as small as possible for more safety and fun. There dives are
led from the coast or from our boats. When we go boat diving, we do
two dives and a little cruise in between. An extra suppliment is payable
for the day on the boat. Our dive guides are not just normal divers,
but Professional Diving Instructors, because we believe that
these professional people can give you more safety and better dives.
Besides, divers with not so much experience, will have the possibility
to get better under their guidance without having to pay extra for it.
Normally we dive two times a day, one dive in the morning leaving around 09.30hrs and then again in the afternoon at around 13.30hrs. We just take it easy and do it in a relaxed way. If then some want to do extra dives, we can have a different plan for that day. Night dives are organised regularly and on demand from our customers. Transport from the dive centre to the dive site and back is included in the price for the accompanied dive package. We believe that good service can only be guaranteed by giving priority to SAFETY, followed by FRIENDLINESS and FUN. |
Unaccompanied Diving (Unguided Dives)

For those experienced divers with qualifications such as PADI Advanced
or CMAS** or equivalent or above, we offer unaccompanied dive packages.
These packages consist of hire of cylinders and weights plus airfills.
Divers who want to do their own diving and have these packages will
need to have a local diving license (see Diving
Regulations). They will also need to hire a self drive car or
jeep to travel to and from the dive sites. We can book these cars
for you in advance. Groups diving on their own, can also charter our dive boat and we
will take them to any dive site that they wish to dive around the
Maltese islands. Naturally they will only pay the boat suppliment
as extra from their non limit dive package, but on these days, we
supply each diver with 2 cylinders. |

Being the only centre to own its own hard boats, diving from boats is never a problem. Besides diving around Gozo and Comino, we also organise Boat and Land-Rover trips to different dive sites in Malta. Our centre organises water skiing, windsurfing cruises and horse riding.
